We get to the checkout and watched as the lady in front of us was trying her best to bag her groceries with no help from the employee who just stood there with his hands folded or in his pockets, we were absolutely angered by what we witnessed , to treat seniors that way who obviously had mobility issues is a disgrace...your customer service department didn't do anything to help this poor lady even after her purse and bags ended up on the floor...when you see your customers with mobility issues at least extend them the courtesy and help them....by the way didn't see any of your employees sanitizing any areas at all in particular your self checkouts....hire more staff for your regular checkout.

Ie; Walmart for specials, not my total grocery list..., Homesense, cause that's just good home sense. ? ? , Bulk Barn, a must at anytime, and walking on a cloud , when my dogs are barking for new treads!! That's all folks.....

No longer provide bags for environmental reasons but more than willing to sell you a ‘reusable’ bag made in china in probably less than environmentally friendly fashion. They were of course sold out of the cheaper ones…conveniently. Don’t see any reason to go back tbh. Service was terrible when I dared ask for a bag. Just brutal.
