You can compare prices and service and you will find some places a bit cheaper, but you get what you pay for. For any female drivers who might be nervous about being taken advantage of, go to this location and speak with Lisa. You become part of their family and will always be important to them. 5 stars all day long!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I moved to Guelph four years ago and am so lucky OK Tire was the first auto service shop I went to.
I have had two cars with them and with my older car they were always so great about telling me what had to be done with my car versus what could wait depending on my budget at the time.
They have amazing customer service skills and always thank me for my business. They make an effort to remember who their customers are.
I would never go anywhere else because I know I can trust them and know they genuinely want to do what is best for my car and best for my budget.
I have recommended them many times and will continue to do so because great people like this are hard to come by.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great staff and service. OK Tire has serviced my Toyota for the 5 years we have lived in Guelph and have always done a tremendous job. Offering service alternatives to keep the car running at a reasonable cost is one of the many things they do to go beyond what is expected at a repair shop. I had the car serviced for many years at a dealership and they could learn a thing or two from this business. Thanks Lisa & Jim !

It is nice to know my car is one thing I can take of my list and leave it to the professionals. Thanks for the great service once again!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Thought I'd give OK tire another chance after their Kitchener location totally screwing me over... just called them to ask for a free muffler inspection in the said nope they would have to charge.
My advice is to avoid any OK tire at all costs... I'm off to Speedy for a free inspection and quality work.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I highly recommend Ok Tire Guelph, Lisa was very exceptional to deal with and I am not from the area and was in town driving a friend to a appointment when my trucks left caliper seized. They got me in right away unseized the caliper and sent me on my way... Very happy with the calibre of service I received.
