★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A buddy of mine recommended Vinnies for my oil change and battery replacement. I called just before closing and got an extremely friendly welcome, as well as an appointment the next morning!
The oil change, battery, and labor cost me less than anticipated. A visual inspection was also performed even though I hadn't asked for one, this really pleased me. All of this was completed quite quickly!
Owen and Rob answered all the question I had pertaining to my vehicle, as well as any other curiosities I mentioned.
Overall, fantastic experience! I would recommend Vinnies to anyone in need of a quality, trustworthy, and friendly shop.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ * edit to say that they've done better the last few times we have gone* Typically have a very good experience but my last 3 visits with the new front desk employee(blonde woman) have been awful. She's very rude/forgetful/interrupts/talks over you and left us on hold indefinitely until we hung up and called back to find out she actually left. She approved work to be done by the (awesome) mechanics without even calling back. If not for the previous service by front desk Rachel and Rob my family would have gone somewhere else after the first issue. Highly recommend a new front desk woman to properly reflect your business.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I took my 2018 Ford escape for upgrading on LED lighting they did an awesome job they are professional know what they're doing friendly staff most of all honest and fair priced I also want to recognize the secretary Kim she's a hard worker and I appreciate her hard work anything you have questions she does her best to make you understand and if she doesn't know she will find the answer for you I'll definitely be a returning customer and recommend this place to others

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I've been having a problem with my truck for a few months now and it's been in and out of a different shop a few times with no answers. I had it towed to Vinnies when it broke down and Kimberly was so helpful, keeping me up to date and explaining things so I actually understood what was wrong with the truck. She even called my old mechanic to explain the problem to them. I'll be bringing my truck here for everything going forward! Thank you for your help!

They got me in when I was in a pinch and did their darnedest to keep the costs down. A special shout out to Kimberly! She’s an absolute life saver and very good at explaining the whats and whys of the work being done.
