My subscription was about to run out and I emailed manager about an extension since the place was closed. No response. I won't be returning or renewing my subsription. Very discourteous. Driveway entrance to the wash looks like it was bombed. Huge potholes full of dirty water and lots of mud around where they placed the "bug pre-wash" barrel.

Met Maurice the owner super nice gentleman, heck I was drying my car and he offered to buy me a coffer from Tim's next door...this is great customer service!! Keep up the great work team!!
P	Paul Angerilli on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I strongly advise others to stay away (especially from the oil bay). Very very poor customer service and customer treatment. I got new brakes last year (perfect no sounds). So I went to get a rustproofing this year a few days back, and ever since my brakeline was making a horrid grinding and vibration noise every time I stopped. The oil bay attendant had been sloppy and gotten some inside the places where they must be careful not too. This went on about 2 weeks so I was forced to take my car to get brakes serviced at mechanics. Bill of 144 bucks for the repair and my mechanic said the brake pads and line were coated with stuff that if left would force me to replace my brakes again even though they are not even a year old! So the very best compensation the manager came up with was 2 free car washes and not apologetic or accepting responsibility WHATSOEVER. Terrible terrible business practice. An absolute JOKE. In conclusion, if anybody out there needs rustproofing on your vehicle undercarriage, pay a little extra and go to Krown to have it down properly so you don't destroy your brakes!!!

It worked out to be $17.54 after tax a month. I was told I could wash my car once a day which I did for Approximately 20 days. After these 20 days I tried canceling my pass VIA Valet Car Wash app. After canceling the active pass and then confirming to cancel I see a payment taken out of my bank account the next month. I proceeded to open the app to see my cancelled pass is active. I tried to CANCEL my pass AGAIN thinking it was all over with. But to my surprise this month money has been taken out of my bank account again. This is a sham. Once they get your banking information GOOD LUCK cancelling your monthly pass. Beware of this car wash.
M	Mary McLean on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If I could leave a No Star review I would. The employees here DO NOT properly know how to fill a BBQ propane tank. They require that you pre-pay for your propane tank fill before the tank is touched by their employee. This obviously results in incorrect amounts due. When the employee was questioned he kept says he didn't know and he just fills until the valve shut it off. Way to screw your customers by over charging them. Not to mention the disgusting customer service from both the gas bar manager and the car wash attendant that was filling the tank. When I called to inquire how to get in touch with the owner regarding this the oil bay employee was equally ignorant to the issue.
