Tried to get assistance in locating something on the floor and was dismissed by a young woman who said she had no idea where something was. Next, whilst standing in line to be rung through, witnessed an older woman showing the 50% off sign to the cashier who was arguing with the customer that the items were not on sale, yet it was very clearly marked as such. Eventually more staff came and continued to argue with the customer. A person wearing an apron from the framing department came over and now about 5 staff were behind the counter, and the framing person was literally rolling her eyes at the customer while they reluctantly rang her purchase through. The customer was visibly upset, and she was being negatively spoken about by the staff as she left the store. I decided I didn’t need to chance being treated so disrespectfully, so left my items behind. Very poor customer service and abhorrent staff behaviour.
