Tim explained all details about Kia Soul. He was not pushy. I had a fun experience from first phone call, test drive, to final decision. I would definitely talk to him when next car purchase comes. And bonus part, Tim speaks English and Mandarin. Ashley, financing manager, was knowledgeable. Their financing service was great. I got same day approval which I was happy about it. Ashley provided me different options about upgrades. She was patient. She spent 2 hours with me to explain all the terms, financing options and payment plans.

Giving us a loaner car while waiting for my mpi cheque and gap to pay for the balance of my financing. Its been 2 weeks of hustle and bustles for both insurance company, but Mari and Erin is so patient and help is always there. Thank you guys for all the assistance. I will definitely recommend Mari Laudato so true and so easy to deal with.

That wasn't the case here, I emailed Tom, we came to a deal, I went in the next day and drove out with my new stinger an hour later. All the staff are extremely friendly and great to deal with. I love that they are straight shooters and never once tried to mislead me.

If you are looking to buy a Kia, do not go anywhere else but to Jim Gauthier Kia. Unlike the other Kia dealerships in the city, Mari and the team were honest, helpful and communication was great.
