★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very bad service. I'd sent an online inquiry about a car for sale, the online message function gives the option of being called or texted back, I selected communication via text. I then received a text just before midnight - I said I do not want to communicate so late, please have someone contact me the next morning after 8am - they said no problem. The next day came and went, no one tried to contact me. I went back to the website where the price of the car I'd inquired about was now $2000 higher. Then I received a text the next day asking if I was coming to test drive it - I said I would test drive it for the original price it was listed at. They then responded that this car had already sold - 2 days prior. Then what was I coming to test drive ? Why contact me again? Why was the price online raised if it had already sold ? So shady, very unpleasant, will not shop here. Bought a nice used car elsewhere a few days later.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had my Kia serviced and completed a recall on my vehicle. Service desk was very prompt to tell me what other services were recommended. No pressure to complete anything extra. And they washed my vehicle for me. I usually don't take my vehicle to the dealership but I am more inclined to do so next time considering the great service.

Not only did I get an oil change but my vehicle was cleaned and sanitized which in this day is very important. I will definitely be coming back for all my servicing at Birchwood Kia West

Carl was very helpful and explained what would be happening throughout the process. I will definitely return for my next service!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Best experience I’ve ever had at a dealership! I dealt with Karim, the sales advisor, & Mark, the financial manager. Karim made the process very quick and seamless. He was very informative, and was able to answer any questions I had concerning the vehicle. He is by far the best sales advisor I have dealt with when purchasing a new vehicle. Mark was very knowledgable and didn’t make me feel pressured into purchasing anything extra. A lot of other dealerships I’ve dealt with, this wasn’t the case! I highly recommend dealing with them at Birchwood Kia West!
