★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bought my 2019 Kia Sorento here in 2019, have never gone anywhere else for service because the team here is Amazing! Kendall has helped me many times. Recently I had a fender bender with a windrow and made sure my Kia was brought straight there. Kendall updated me every step of the way with the repair and kept my insurance people up to date as well. All in all it was another great experience with the service team at Kia North. But Kendall deserves a special shout out for being a truly exceptional professional who clearly enjoys her job and passes that great attitude onto her customers. Thanks again All!

I dropped my car off at 8:30 in the morning for winter/summer tire change and an oil change. They told me it would be ready at 12:30. I called at 1pm and they said service was on the phone and they would call me right back. I waited 30 minutes and called back. I was told my car was not going to be ready for a couple more hours. I asked to speak to the service manager. he tried to come up with some plan for the shuttle to take me to pick up my kids from school. Which is ridiculous. It's 2 schools and they finish 30 minutes apart. I declined and they said I could pick it up at 2:45. What I was not told was that ZERO work had been done. When I arrived they handed me my keys, I explained I hadn't paid yet. This is when they told me nothing had been done. I asked for the service manager, he said he was trying to "make it right". Which is ridiculous. I have to drive out of town on Wednesday, and work tomorrow. They situation is not fixable and I would absolutely not trust them to fix anything or have my car in for ANY SERVICE after today. Do yourself a favour and take it somewhere else. I hadn't been back here for years and because of a horrible experience (trim was put on backwards on my minivan and I had to convince them to fix it). I assumed the big sign saying new management and team would mean better service. I sure was wrong!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had my first car buying experience with Jen. She was absolutely fabulous. I have had some very negative dealership experiences in the past. I know it is part of the industry, but I was very apprehensive about starting my search again. Jen listened to what I needed, walked me through all of the options and prices, helped me to discover the best fit for me, and wasn't pushy in the slightest. She took a genuine interest in what I needed and supported me through the process. I can't recommend Jen enough!

She was extremely helpful, and was great with sending me info and pictures ahead of time so there were no surprises when I showed up to look at the car. She even came in on her day off to accommodate my travel time and schedule. Between Jenn (sales), Sam (finance) and Adam (manager) it was a very seamless process.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ we stopped in later in the day , close to closing time and Thia had the vehicle parked out front and running ready for us to look at it! she was super great and stayed late to answer all my questions, the whole team worked hard to help us get a great deal, and all the staff there are amazing and friendly! made the process so much easier and less stressful. Thia even detailed the car herself because it was Sat and shop staff was not there! she deserves 10 gold stars, defiantly goes above and beyond

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Adam (manager), Max (sales), and Chris (financing) made my trade-in and new lease experience an absolute pleasure. Being in sales myself, I have high standards for the places and people I deal with. The car sales industry tends to attract both the best and the worst kind of salespeople, and I quickly found that these guys were conscientious, professional, and totally frictionless to work with. I was given a fair price for my trade and they worked with me to make the numbers on my new lease work for where I wanted to be.
A small but important detail I noticed about North Edmonton Kia is the staff all seem to be having fun at work and genuinely enjoy being there. Customers notice this and it gives a nice, relaxed atmosphere to the place when the salespeople, finance managers, and receptionists have a bit of fun banter and obviously solid working relationships.
I can confidently recommend North Edmonton Kia to prospective buyers from my experience and will be recommending my family and friends in the future to come see these guys.
Note to the GM: spring for a new printer for Chris, he's earned it! ;)
