★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I usually only give a GOOD review when, I am completely satisficed. The sales process was smooth, from the moment we walked in the dealership.
We got greeted by our Sales person Justin, then we discussed what we wanted. We put a special order on a Sorrento 2022. We received a call that our SUV is here, my wife and I, we couldn't wait to go and get it. We got exactly what we ordered, our family is so happy with entire process.
For sure we will bring all of our friends and families here at Winnipeg Kia. They deserve our business. No one treated us as well as Winnipeg Kia and they earned our business.
I also wanted to mention that we already had been to four other dealerships. Now we have our own dealership. Winnipeg Kia Is our home for sales and service.

All the questions we had got a response that was easy to understand and to the point. This is our third Kia we have purchased and will return for our fourth. I strongly recommend Winnipeg Kia as your next dealer to purchase a new or used vehicle. As for the service department they go above and beyond to help and rectify and concern about your vehicle. All the sales staff that I have met are top notch and friendly and take your questions seriously. This is the place to go and purchase a new Kia our a quality used vehicle.

Their service techs did an outstanding job and caught everything to make out vehicle run in top shape. I would definitely recommend them. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been in the market to buy a Telluride for over two years now. I noticed online that Winnipeg Kia had a 2020 (two year old, with 47000 km) Telluride SX for sale at $54,000. Now this is about the cost of a brand new Telluride, but these vehicle maintain their value like no other.
Josh Ma was my sales man. He was kind, courteous and remembered me from five months ago. He even pulled out the paperwork for my previous inquiry of a brand new 2022 Telluride.
I informed him that another dealer had offered me $6000 for my trade-in and he honored that offer. Josh let me test drive the vehicle and informed me of special qualities the vehicle had as we traveled. He is knowledgeable about the product. What else is there to say, I bought the vehicle.
The best part about Josh, he has followed up with any issues even after the sale. I have only encountered minor issues with the vehicle, eg. impending service and a stone chip. Josh has taken care of both. My used vehicle feels like a new vehicle.
Thank you Josh and thank you Winnipeg Kia. I love my Kia Telluride!

It was my first KIA car and the staff knowledge and thoughtfulness of walking me through, it all made my confidence feel like they actually cared for my budget and thoughts of what I wanted. I would highly recommended them. As a women I am always on guard, and when the GM Wally Brooks came over to me to make sure I felt comfortable with the service and if there was anything else he could help with made me again want to write this review. So thank-you for all your help to your staff and you. I'm really happy with my purchase!
