I had an amazing experience with the dealership, but especially with my sales person, Adheesh! The entire experience from the day I requested a test drive to the day I brought home my new Nissan Kicks was fantastic! Adheesh walked me through the entire process and kept me updated on the delivery status. When the car came in, he went through all the details of the car and made sure I was comfortable with everything before I left the dealership! I got exactly what I wanted and I couldn't be happier with my overall experience, and my Kicks! Thanks, Adheesh!

This was my very first vehicle purchase! I had been dreaming about a Nissan SUV for a looooong time! I was apprehensive about calling a major dealership because sales people can stress me out and make me feel pressured and anxious sometimes but this experience was smooth and comfortable. Kyle MacKinnon was my sales person and he made me feel like I could really get the car I wanted instead of just settling. He sold me a beautiful Nissan Murano that I absolutely love. He’s there to answer any questions no matter how silly ?.. and there were some silly ones being this was my first car! Even after the purchase was made I can still call him. I would definitely say that this was a good experience and if you need a vehicle to call Kyle.

We just purchased our first ever Nissan☺️ . Our sales person Joe Wang was truly amazing & extremely knowledgeable with the car !! We also met Kyle & general manager Glen who were helpful in any questions we had ! We were very well taken care of & their great service truly was appreciated !! They were all very accommodating with all the questions we had & what we were getting ! We recommend if you are looking for a Nissan - definitely give them the opportunity to work with you !! We love our new ride !! Seeing as we are 3M preferred & certified - protecting our ride with PPF to keep our car free from stone chips was essential lol! Love the pearl white & midnight edition of accenting !!

Purchased my first Nissan ever. 2022 Kicks SV Special Edition. My salesman Kyle McKinnon and Financial Services Manager Angelica Valdez couldn't have been better. They were amazing from start to finish. Test drive on Monday and took delivery on Tuesday. I love my Kicks.

Absolutely love Crown Nissan. Been shopping for a new vehicle for several months. Due to the microchip shortage alot or almost all the dealerships have empty lots for new vehicle. Actually had a factory order at a different dealership for a different vehicle, But the wait time went to a estimate 3 months to over 6 months or more. Most dealerships I went to only have one new model of each vehicle, but can't sell it because they need to keep at least one model for customers to look at, if they decide to order. So I called Crown Nissan and Sunny Sandhu a sales representative answer my call, I asked if the 1 new pathfinder they had on the lot was for sale. He was very polite and said he would have to check with his manager and would call me back in 5 minutes. So after he hung up. I was thinking it's probably not available. It's probably a demo model they can't sell like all of the other places I called. Then exactly 5 minutes later Sunny called back and said his manager said they would sell us the vehicle if we where interested. I was so surprised. So Sunny offer us if we wanted to come down to test drive it. So me and my wife went down to the Crown Nissan. When we got there everyone was so nice a Crown Nissan, Sunny welcomed us with a big great smile and he was very upbeat and welcoming. Even the manger, and other sales people where very polite. Sunny showed us the vehicle and was very knowledgeable of all the features. Best thing about it is how he genuinely seem to loves his job and loves the Nissan brand when explain the features. We took it for a test drive and returned and decided to go ahead with the purchase. This is probably the 5th car I purchased in my lifetime. This was probably the best experience I had. Crown Nissan and Sunny where great to work with. Tina made the financing easy and was very informative and friendly as well. The whole team was so friendly the day picked it up. It was such a great customer experience, I would recommend Crown Nissan to my family and friends. Thank You Sunny and the Team at Crown Nissan for the great service a friendly environment.

Hard to believe it’s already been a week since I picked up my new Rogue Platinum! I absolutely love it and Sunny was so helpful and patient with me while I made my decision. I was one of the lucky ones who purchased a model that was available to take home. Of course, I fell in love with it in the showroom! This is my very first Nissan purchase and my very first new car experience. When I came to pick it up a couple days later, I didn’t expect to see it in the middle of the showroom with a big red bow on it! That filled my excitement level to the brim!! Everyone at Crown was so nice and welcoming, even if they weren’t dealing with me directly. No pressure sales and an inviting atmosphere make this a highly recommended dealership if you're looking for new wheels. Thank you again for making this experience extra special for me!

John is a good sales man, helped me to get my new truck without waiting for half a year. Possibly the best car sales I have ever experience. He is willing to answer any questions and always love to help you out after sold. Looking forward to know more about their upcoming 400Z！
