Scott and Della went above and beyond with their service and tries to help as much as possible, Great service and they know they’re stuff, I had another great experience at this dealership, if you need a new or used vehicle go down to Mid Town Ford and ask for Scott and Della, thank you both for a awesome experience, Love my F150 Truck.

They made it easy and weren't acting like typical sales people, but as a helpful part of the buying process. No pressure and no bs. I'd buy there again. Really really happy with my truck.

He follows up with communication to advise me of my vehicle's progress when it is in. He knows me by name, and that's not because I am always there. It is because he cares to know. It is evident that he, and they, care about keeping the customer happy.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Purchased a new truck in 2016 from Scott on the sales team. The buying experience was great. I've been bringing the truck back regularly for maintenance and repairs over it's 190,000 km life and have always got great service from the service team. The shuttle service is also top notch. Six years of consistently great service definitely deserves 5 stars.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went to the quick lane department today and had a great experience with Chris. He answered every question I had and did everything I asked. Kyle (the manager) is friendly and easy to work with.
The drivers here are cool. Request for Danny if he’s available. He has interesting stories about his former job, it’s worth the ask.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I brought my truck to Mid-Town Ford on a Tuesday for repairs to my front end which only took 7 hours labor to repair. I called Friday to see if my truck was done. They said it is done but if i wanted it today then they could not wash it for me. I had to bring my truck to a car wash and pay out of my pocket in order to properly inspect the work they did to ensure it was done correctly. They had my truck for 5 days and only did 7 hours labor and couldn't wash it. Love Ford but won't be going back here again unfortunately.
