Service Consultant, Amanda Ritchot, quoted me $5489.02 (parts & labor) for rear brakes replacement, while other brake shop only cost $560 (parts & labor). Here is the quote from Amanda "The rear brakes are almost metal to metal. Those need to be replaced. Also there was a code for the brake pressure valve. We need to replace the rear brakes first. the cost is $5489.02 with the diagnostic before the taxes. If the message comes back on after the brakes are replaced then the brake pressure valve needs to be replaced as well. The cost for that p[arts about labor is $ 3223.78 before the taxes parts and labor " Murray Chevrolet charge $165 for labor, but I could not figure out how replace rear brakes (2 hours labor max, parts $500 max) can cost $5489.02. The repair cost for my out of warranty 2013 chevy @ Murray Chevrolet is crazy.

When I finally got my vehicle, it was sort of a "here's your keys, now get out" sorta feeling. No vehicle walk around at all. Then I had a major issue with the vehicle (to the point that it was almost inoperable) and they didn't want to see me for over 2 weeks! If you live to the east or south of Winnipeg go to Steinbach Chevrolet instead. They have much better service. And to finish off my review, they need to remove the "quick lube" into just "lube" because I was waiting in line for 2 hours on a Thursday around 2PM just to get an oil change. Avoid if you cherish your time.

Despite evidencing the problem with videos and photos there was not attempt to remedy the problem on behalf of Murray Chevrolet. They did not offer any assurances that the problem would not happen again, it did within a week of leaving the dealership. No follow up on their behalf. Said they did not charge a diagnostic as a 'good faith' when in reality there was little actual attempt to find a problem.

I had 4 other dealerships appraise my truck prior and they were well above what these guys offered me. If you want to trade in or sell your truck don't go here. Other dealerships will give you way more and not just try to rip you off.

Also, the Chevy warranty is no joke, as I didn’t pay a cent for anything. Would recommend the team at Murray for all you Chevy needs.

Happily assisted me with a headlight issue I had within 30 days of purchase. He also went the extra mile to check in with me a couple more times over the phone to make sure all was good. Although I did move onto another car I still wanted to take some time to let everyone know how great Tanner was to deal with at this dealership. Thanks again Murray Chev.

I was very honest with my budget and my circumstances. I had the pleasure of working with James McMohan. He made me feel comfortable and treated me with respect. He listened to my needs and I ended up finding a beautiful car that is beyond the expectations I had and right in-line with my budget. I also received an amazing trade in value for my old car! Josh (in finance) was also very pleasant and I felt that he worked hard to be able to get me what I needed to fit my budget. He never made me feel pressured. All in all, I feel that James and his team went above and beyond. It's only been a week and both gentlemen have followed up with me to see how things are going. I would definitely endorse Murray Chev and highly recommend James! Thank you both for everything!
