Will not purchase another Hyundai. 2018 Elantra with 55,000kms has worn through top front driver seat. Have purchased many new cars before and never had this problem. They don’t want to retain existing customers but spend lots on advertising. All I got from Damien was a lecture on how transparent they are with the warranty coverage. This statement is funny considering there are 5 signs in the service area advertising β€œ I love my 5/100 warranty” Any respectable dealership would resolve this. You read this you know what expect. Lots of poor reviews related to service issues here. Update: The dealerships response is lame. They have my contact information as I purchased and service completed here before. The response proves they don’t want to even try to resolve. I also contacted Hyundai. It’s obvious they also don’t want to resolve and example of how they treat customers. I hope many people find this helpful.

Had to bring my car back, a 3rd time, unfortunately AFTER the service manager, best service advisor, p/t receptionist, warranty clerk and a 2nd service advisor "walked out"/resigned, and had the worst experience ever. I have been a loyal service customer since my vehicle was purchased in Nov. 2011 and now I will NEVER GO BACK. The female advisor, whom was hired back, carries herself as "checked out", does not have accurate info/knowledge to relay back to the customer nor cares to respond in a timely manner. I HAD to deal with GM-Richard Eccleston, the now acting service manager, and he clearly is clueless with servicing a vehicle nor cares about the customer but rather making money. I do not recommend servicing your vehicle there, ever. FYI-the problem was not fixed nor issue rectified as they claim it to "not be their fault".

Staff was nice to talk to, I recommend Tony, he was super nice and went above and beyond to make the deal work. One older desk lady seemed like a judge but once I picked up my new vehicle it was smiles. Lol, I guess don't judge a book by its cover. That or maybe it was just a bad day, we all have those. Anyways still 5 stars, highly recommend!

So cheerful, helpful, knowledgeable and understanding throughout ... right down to finding and returning my garage door opener after the sale when I left it in my old car :) ... Much appreciated! Of course, we hope we're set now in the vehicle department for some time to come but will ask for you if we're ever looking for a new vehicle again.

Terrible customer service, the service advisor never pick up phone and never return call. In the past, I satisfied the services, I purchased the car and did lots of the service in this location. However, this time it is nightmare. The guy told us β€œIt take up to two weeks to approve for replacing engine by warranty department β€œ. After one and half week, we tried to call him to check the status. No one reply. Due to we were too busy and do not have vehicle to come to the store. so, we kept calling him once or twice at following days. He did not reply. After another week, we came to the store, and saw him . He told us still waiting for the result and reconfirm his phone extension. After another week, we tried to follow up it, and no one pick up phone and return call again. super mad.

I purchased a new 2022 Elantra from Tony Dang and could not be more pleased. He worked with me to get the car I wanted to purchase in the color I wanted. His customer skills and approach to business is friendly and professional. He spent a lot of time with me explaining all the features on the car and showing me how everything work and was never in a hurry especially when I had questions for him. Murray Hyundai is a very modern dealership the is clean and well maintained. Next time I plan on purchasing a vehicle my first, and probably only call will be to Tony to set me up again.

Service Department - had my car in for its first service and could not have had a better experience; was thinking that on the way home and called them to let them know they made me happy. Good staff and procedures; my car was embarrassingly dirty and the volunteered to clean it and they even did my mats etc inside - and a good job of it. Billing seems fair as well, with good information on the invoice. Just boosted confidence that I had chosen the best dealer and vehicle. Picture below shows the crazy low inventory .. all those vehicles are cued to leave with clients.
