I recently purchased a new to me/ used Acura and dealt with Bruce and can't say enough about him and the service I received. Bruce was very professional and helpful during the entire process. He spent the time to educate me on all the features of the car, paired my phone and garage door opener, super helpful and great time saver. Bruce at Crown Acura is the best! You can tell that he cares so much about his customers because he always knows when you’re there and makes sure that you are taken care of. I highly recommend reaching out to Bruce if you are looking for a new vehicle!!

My experience with Crown Acura’s Service Department is always positive. The staff are very friendly and professional. Stephen has assisted me during my last couple of visits, and has been very helpful and accommodating. We recently purchased a new vehicle at Crown Acura. This is the first time we have dealt with this dealership. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful throughout. Each time we attended Crown Acura we were greeted by someone immediately who asked what we needed and if we would like a beverage. The dealership is spotless and the washrooms are extremely clean. Tony and Bruce took good care of us. Tony explained the best options for us and provided us with all of the information to make an informed decision. Bruce gave us a tour of the dealership and explained the features of the vehicle we purchased. Teagan made my experience at Crown Acura amazing! I was comfortable asking question, she made my first time car shopping experience perfect! I never felt intimidated, all my questions were answered and I didn’t feel pressured into getting a vehicle that didn’t suite me. I couldn’t have asked for a better sales person! We recently bought a 2022 RDX A Spec and as we have bought many vehicles we have never owned or looked at Acura. We saw a nice blue one sitting outside and then the guessing game me and my fiance started, how much do we think it is. We had our set numbers on what we thought it would be so we went in an and were greeted by Bruce and he surprised us as we thought it was much more. So we took one out for a drive and were very impressed so we went back in and Bruce was very knowledgeable to answer all our questions especially since I am a car guy. We then met with Tony who came over introduced himself valued our trade which we thought was fair number then of to finance with Brenden which treated us perfectly even tho we did not finance it or buy any extras. In other dealerships we have seen most finance people change as they try hard to get you to buy extras. In the end this was an excellent experience and I can almost say the best and quickest which is how we like it. Bruce even stayed a bit late. to make sure he was there for our delivery to go over a few things. You guys have a great team and will recommend you and be back.

Update 11-17-2021 Tony and his team has rectified this situation. Communication was prompt and a solution was quickly agreed upon. Issues happen and its great to see Crown Acura take ownership. This situation has also raised an opportunity to retrain the detail team. Me and my wife has bought and leased 8 brand new vehicles through Honda and Toyota. This was our first time getting in to a "luxury" vehicle. The vehicle we test drove just got off the truck and had only 10km on it. The paint was in very bad shape and had swirls on the hood, body and pillars already. Took a look at other vehicles on the lot and they too had poor quality paint. I was told during shipping the truckers remove the wrap that protects the vehicles. The vehicle would get a full detail and polish upon delivery to us. The detail shop Crown Acura uses is the same shop Crown Toyota uses, Dmax. I've had horrible experience with them in the past and did not want Acura to use them. Employees at Acura from sales to the financial manager agreed that Dmax does horrible work. Acura was not able to use a third party detail shop to get my vehicle presentable upon delivery. Knowing that Acura was a premium brand and had a standard to up hold I entrusted them to take care of our delivery and trusted we would be satisfied picking up our new vehicle. My wife was excited to pick up her new vehicle, she has been dreaming to own an Acura since she graduated. It only took her 11 years to pull the trigger. On pick up date we went straight to her new vehicle and was shocked to still see all the swirls and scratches. Somewhere down the line it was not communicated we entrusted Acura's premium quality and reputation to present us with a luxury vehicle upon pick up. We were showered with service credits and Acura merchandise to put us at ease. We arranged to bring the car home and the following week some one would pick up the vehicle and leave a loaner in our driveway to have our new vehicle detailed and polished. Our vehicle would stay with Acura for 2 days to get this done and was promised the vehicle would come back to us "perfect". Upon pick up I learnt that the vehicle was sent twice to the detail shop. The first round didn't pass Acura's expectation. The vehicle was parked outside and it was cloudy. I was told the vehicle was inspected outside as well as under the florescent light in there show room. I went over the vehicle with the sales manager and pointed out the pillars were still swirled. The vehicles paint looked fine outside but wanted to take it home and inspect it under my LED set up in my garage. As soon as I got home the condition was revealed. Buffer tracks all over the hood, scratches was still present on the body of the vehicle. Got on the phone with the sales manager and expressed my discontent. The solution was to bring it back to this shop and have them go at it again. This was not going to work for me. Pictures were sent to the sales manager, no solutions to fix this has been made. This review just touches on the paint of this brand new vehicle. Our experience of purchasing a "luxury" vehicle has been very disappointing, all the excitement has diminished. Acura/Honda may be a great, reliable vehicle brand but Crown Acura dosn't not share the same standards with there aesthetics. The team in the end of the day were friendly and helpful. But I still have a brand new luxury vehicle with a premium paint job that has swirls, scratches, and buffer trails all over the vehicle. Hope this review makes you look at your paint twice when purchasing that new vehicle at Crown Acura.

I am writing this review on behalf of my mom's experience. She has been a client of Crown Acura for multiple years and the service she has been receiving is nothing less than excellent!!! The entire team at Crown Acura is professional, friendly and caring. Nevertheless, there is one person who stands out and his name is Bruce. Bruce is a great person and an amazing salesman at Crown Acura and he is the one who always goes above and beyond his responsibilities to make a car buying experience easy and pleasurable. If I had to write everything Bruce has done for my mom over the years, it would be a good size essay. However, I want to keep it short and straight to the point - Bruce CARES and always listens carefully to his clients needs and he excells at helping and meeting those needs! Therefore, I just want to use this opportunity and thank Bruce and the entire team at Crown Acura for being understanding and taking a car buying experience beyond just closing a deal! Thank you very much guys and keep it up!!!
