Andrew Lamb is the sales person to deal with! He helped my mom get into a 2022 Kia Soul EX. He was super flexible with dealing with over the phone (my mom works various times) and went above and beyond to get my mom out of her lease into her new Kia. Best sales person I have dealt with yet.

Over the past 8 years and 3 vehicles, Rio, Optima and now a 2016 Kia Cadenza Premium all bought new, I have serviced all my vehicles here at Birchwood Kia on Regent these past 8 years. I, personally, have found their service to be excellent. From the service advisors to the mechanics, they all have gone out of their way to make my experience as pleasant as they can. The service advisors, Bryan, Jason and Martin, have all gone that extra mile. The mechanics, to name a few, like Alejandro, Art, Tom and others have gone out of their way when it comes to servicing my vehicles over these past 8 years. They take the time to explain what and why my vehicle might need things done to it ASAP or what will be coming up so I might save up for it. Like anywhere else, you show respect to get respect and they have my highest respect. They have, in my humble opinion, always had my concerns as a main priority and will always do their best to work for the benefit of the customer. If there is one thing I've learned at my age,65, is that proper maintenance of your vehicle or anything else will help it to last a lot longer than ignoring it. The one thing I really like about this dealership, it's small and it's like going to Cheers where, after time, they know your name. They will always make you feel at home. Do not waste your time with Birchwood Kia especially if you order a vehicle. i had ordered a vehicle back in January 2022 and was told it would be in the next month in February. i was then told it would be in mid March but it was built and ready for shipping. The story then changed to delivery in April and eventually to May and June. After asking questions as to why it was taking so long to be delivered since it was supposedly built, I was told by Dylan that it was the fault of shipping. I later found out that the car was NOT BUILT to begin with. For my waste of time and being lied to, I was offered a $250 gift certificate to a restaurant of my choice AFTER the car was delivered. I went to another Kia dealership and have a vehicle in transit with a VIN and of course cancelled my order with Birchwood. Words of advice is to shop elsewhere for a Kia vehicle.

Absolutely great experience buying from them. Karter was very straightforward and transparent with all aspects. Leo the finance guy was great and very helpful. Overall best experience I've had at a dealership. Would absolutely recommend going to see Karter for any new or used vehicle deals.

I bought my first brand new vehicle here back in 2020 and had a wonderful experience. Andrew Lamb was my salesman and he made my buying experience beyond fantastic. He was personable, friendly, professional and knowledgeable. He listened to what I wanted and delivered. The first vehicle he showed me was the one I ended up buying and I have been ecstatic with the purchase ever since. Andrew made sure I knew all about the features of my new vehicle during the test drive AND the day I went to finalize paperwork and bring home. Over the last couple years he has surprisingly remembered my face (better memory than I have... lol) and has waved or said hi when I'm at the dealership for maintenance. He makes sure you know to reach out to him for anything you need, regardless of the topic. Sometimes I've had issues trying to contact the finance department and he's made me aware that he can help if other departments are hard to get ahold of. I had also emailed him with some new buyer concerns the same year I bought and he was helpful and prompt. Seriously, that type of customer service is what makes me keep coming back for maintenance service. I've bought a couple times from used dealerships and have never had the type of customer service that I have gotten with Andrew. I would highly recommend seeing him for your vehicle needs. In terms of actual maintenance I've never left disappointed. The oil changes really aren't that much more expensive than other places and you have the convenience of already having records on file in case of warranty claims. I've also bought a couple items from the parts department (optional things like paint pens and different floor mats) with no complaints. Everyone here has always been very friendly and I always enjoy the visit.

Had a great purchase experience with a used car. Had a hiccup on fixing something (which is why only 4 stars), and had to go back, but they took care of it quickly and properly, and compensated me for my time. Great staff that were accommodating, helpful, and customer-oriented. I'd recommend them to anyone.
