I purchased this car largely over the phone due to my work schedule and that was pretty intimidating. I worked with a salesperson named Austin. He is very young and it’s easy to have concerns about that but once you realize how knowledgeable he is and that he does not apply sleazy sales tactics those concerns are quickly alleviated. He was so open and forthcoming about the car, the process, availability, timelines (the car was being shipped in) that he absolutely earned my trust. 10/10 would recommend visiting him personally for your car needs. In addition to Austin I also worked with the sales manager, Robert, and the fiancé manager, Laurie (absolute gem). These two helped me sort out all the details when it came to finalizing the purchase, and in fact the sales manager called me back at 10pm when I left a late message to answer a question I had. I couldn’t be happier with the service I received and the way I was treated while doing business with this dealership. Lastly, there are always deals and promotions that give you a little extra bang for your buck which is important to me so overall the whole situation earns a 5 star review.

While it was in the shop I asked if they would be interested in buying it back as I am moving abroad. They said they would buy it and gave me a price. When I brought the car back for them to buy the sales manager said they wouldn't pay that price, there was no mention of this when I called earlier to say I would be bringing the car in. If they had any respect for me or my time they wouldn't have pulled this. They inspected my car before giving me a price so there should have been no reason that they didn't know what it was worth. Even if it was worth less the respectable thing would be to talk to me about it before I went there.

I went to check a vehicle right at closing time and the salesman (Austin) just about to drive home saw me looking at a 2022 Outlander and asked me if I was interested in test driving it. Austin picked me up in the morning on time and brought me to the dealership, everybody was super friendly and incredibly helpful. Lori got me a great deal on the financing and Robert threw in a few free oil changes to sweeten the deal.
