★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The service here is top notch! Definitely going to make this my regular location for service from now on. After I was treated horrendously by the Pembina VW (where I bought my VW brand new) - birchwood VW took my car in, diagnosed in a day, ordered the part which took a day or less and I had my car back on the 3rd day! Something my former VW dealership couldn’t/wouldn’t do after having my car for over a week. To all the VW owners out there, the best VW dealership to go to is Regent and I stand by that! Thanks for finding the problem and fixing my car faster than I would have ever hoped for!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Last week was my first time to Birchwood Volkswagen on Regent. I had a fantastic experience. Dealing with Rick Beilman in service was a real pleasure. All the staff was so friendly and my oil change was extremely quick and and went smoothly. The brand new building was so fresh and I really loved the beach vibe they have going on in there. I will definitely be back!

Super easy to communicate with, and was able to order the parts I needed today with expectation to pick them up tomorrow. It was a basic interaction but enough for me to rate 5 stars because of how much easier it was than dealing with Selkirk's local part stores. Nothing against them, but Birchwood VW not only is cheaper than I expected but faster too. If you've ever tried ordering downpipe studs for a 20 year old car before, it's tricky and they made it easy.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Parviz is the man!!! Great service from everyone there. never felt like I was being forced to buy a car when I was there. Staff was very accommodating when I had any questions. Financing was a breeze with no hidden "Admin" fees like other dealerships. Management staff went above and beyond to make sure I was happy with the service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Really poor customer service experience twice now. This dealerships service department has lots to work on in terms of customer care. Going back and increasing service quotes when my vehicle was already in the shop, lying about work required to perform a repair, trying to drive away my business when I gratuitously gave them a chance to regain my business.
I highly recommend against working with Rick B in the service department. Outright rude attitude.

Transparent dealing, no hidden costs or additional fees opposed to other VW stores who charge $1k-$1.5k just in admin/doc/unnecessary fees alone. Not only I am in love with my new car but also with everyone at Birchwood Volkswagen! Thank you for the entire buying experience.
