He walks me through every step and process when my vehicle is in the shop, and regularly checks on me and explains things to me so I understand what is being worked on. He asks my permission before any work gets done which is really nice. He also lets me know what parts are more urgent to fix and what parts can wait until later. Overall I am very satisfied, and in general I am happy to own a Honda as the vehicle and the employees are excellent.

I am from Edmonton so this created a few challenges as far as viewing the truck.My sales associate was Mandeep, He sent pictures, answered all my questions and described the truck to me and said there was zero blemishes on the truck. I made a deal with Mandeep over email,text and phone calls, I was a little nervous making a purchase of this size sight unseen, but was not disappointed!! the truck was absolutely perfect! Mandeep was very professional, pleasant and easy to deal with, no pushy salesman tactics, very efficiently got the deal done for me. I flew to Winnipeg friday night and Birchwood had me in and out in less than an hour Saturday morning, they even paid for my cab ride to the dealership. I would recommend Birchwood on Regent for their professionalism, definitely ask for Mandeep when you get there!
