★ ★ ★ ★ ★ customer service has gone so down hill. was made to wait 30 min for my vehicle. the windshield wipes did not work.. they tried canceling my reservation 12 hours before i was to pick it up.. sayinh they didnt have a truck but then still got a truck. and the was offered a free rental and when i returned they did not honor it

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I’ve been to this location twice and both times I have been greeted and taken care of by Zach. He was so personable and respectful with me it made my experience a solid 10. Not only did he take the time to make sure I was comfortable in the vehicle he also followed up with a phone call a few days later to make sure I wasn’t having any issues. I’ve been working in customer service and hospitality for years and Zach has got to have one of the best attitudes I’ve come across. Give that man a raise. I will recommend this location and be back in the future. Great job Zach.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Picked up a vehicle from Enterprise Regent branch. CSR was pleasant and the deal was smooth, then we got outside. Vehicle was so dirty it was difficult to spot issues.
Then the interior was nasty, sticky, and had debris sprinkled throughout.
During covid I find this really disappointing and should be unacceptable.
