About Town Car Rental
We started as Town Autobody Shop in the north end of Winnipeg and soon realized that our customer’s needs exceeded just autobody repair in Manitoba so we started to offer car rental service in Manitoba. We created a platform that would not only allow our clients to book a car, but to make this process as easy as possible allowing our clients to choose their most suitable car rental plan. Our employees have the right knowledge and experience to satisfy clients ever growing needs. We believe that our work brings positive benefits to our customers and a pleasure of working with us.
We are with the customer during the booking process, before and after the car rental lease. Our clients can always feel safe as all issues related to reservations will be assisted by our specialists that will be there to help to solve any issue and provide extensive car rental experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Personalized service with a smile! We rented a vehicle from Town Car Rental, because our family vehicle was in the repair shop for 3 months. We needed a rental vehicle that our 19 year old could drive. Town Car Rental came through! Our vehicle rental fees ended up being covered by Autopac, and weekly, Deepinder from Town Car rental took the time to call the Honda Bodyshop for an estimated repair date, then communicated with Autopac MPI adjuster for an extension on our rental contract. MPI normally only covers for 30 days, but Deepinder was diligent and worked hard on our behalf to get the entire 90 days of our rental covered by MPI, saving us personally having to pay thousands of dollars for the rental vehicle.
Our experience with Town Car Rental was extremely positive. Deepinder was our point of contact, and she was very personable and professional. She was very knowledgeable in dealing with MPI, and liaising with the bodyshop, then coordinating the extensions on our rental contract. We would definitely rent from Town Car Rental again as the service was excellent.

You really get the feel with these guys that they care about the customer and not just the money unlike with other competitors. I went to get a rental for my MPI claim and I have to say the level of coordination was nothing short of award winning. Although there location in the city is inconvenient for me I won't hesitate to travel that extra bit just because of the exceptional services they and their team provides.
If you need a rental car, this is the place to get one at a good price by good people. As a plus it's also locally owned ?.
