These guys are awesome! Knowledgeable car enthusiasts who treat their customers with the most respect. I was able to take a car for a long term test drive and also brought the vehicle to a mechanic of my choosing for a pre-purchase inspection. Lots of cool cars on the small lot. Would definitely go there again.

DO NOT GO HERE. Wasted my time and my money, the car has been stuck on my lot, i was told i "Drove 40k" only drove 20k as i bought the car at 167 its at 187, so only 20k, im fixing the issues it came with that they should've fixed from the start, before even selling. i have to re safety my car after 1 year of use, im thinking of going to my financers and giving details on this purchase and seeking ways to get out of this deal, they did help with a battery, good deal but car doesnt work. I shouldnt be needing to repair this car every month. It had manifold issues from purchase, they ignored me when i brought it up, the first time i came in, and the times that followed, till they finally inspected it and said they couldnt do anything. I plan to fix the car and get something new, but i do not reccomend this dealership.

**Buyers Beware** Lu was the salesperson we dealt with, I'm speechless and want to give every future customer the chance to not deal with this place. I've accepted the lies and how they deal with people and unfortunately you can't change scums like Lu. One of the worst sales person if not THE worst sales person out there, save your time and MONEY. I rate this organization this high as of my recent purchasing experience. It took me two months of investigating and dealing with Lu and Faisal in regards to my recent purchase. I found them to be forthrite and very professional. Conversations were respectful and they always tried to understand my point of view. I traded in my vehicle and they gave me a very fair trade in value for it. But most importantly they took care of me after I drove off the lot. About 2km after I left the lot the check engine light came on. I messaged Lu and he said return immediately. So I returned and he brought out the scan tool and looked at the fault and reset it. They added some adblue for the DEF system the previous day and the fault came on and reset as per Volkswagen instructions. Needless to say I drove another 10 km and it came on again. Spoke with Lu and he called me back 10 min later offered up a loaner car and took my purchase to Volkswagen dealership. Where they found some parts failed and is covered under VW warranty. I have had the loaner since. I should have mine back tomorrow. I just want to highlight this as many companies would not have supported me like this. I have bought used cars from dealers before and have never received this type of support. They typically try to find a out or a way to make you feel responsible for the situation. Buying used cars is tricky and you always have to remember they are just that. But if you want to have a little bit of extra confidence in doing so, I highly recommend giving these guys a try. Once again Lu was great! April 9/21 update. Finally got my vehicle back. The struggle was terrible with a Volkswagen dealership in Winnipeg. These guys stuck by me and their car right to the end. Moving it to another dealership to get another opinion and finally a fix that should have taken a day to sort through in the beginning. I cannot thank Import pros enough for standing by what they sell. They checked on the car every few days following up with me, sharing the information, through the times of misdiagnosis by a Volkswagen dealership in Winnipeg. Then finally getting it to the right dealership for a proper repair. This company is legit, professional and I was treated with respect. Thank you Lu!!

Got an SUV from Imports Pros last year for a trade in. Everything went fine in the beginning with Freddie until after the purchase. One month after driving the vehicle, the engine, ABS, 4 X 4 lights go on and heat stops working. Called Freddie for a solution so his mechanic can fix it, but all he says is that call Global Warranty which he sells because he is going to lose money if his mechanic will fix it. Called Global Warranty but they denied the claim since the car was recently purchased. Tried to get a hold of Freddie by calling leaving a VM and text message but no reply. Leaving this review as requested by Freddie right after the sale last year.

Highly recommend these guys. Lu was great to deal with and was patient with me as I was working with my bank. He gave ample time to take the vehicle to an independent mechanic for an inspection. Got a great price and good value for my trade-in. Loving the Audi SQ5 so far, thanks again to Lu and Freddy! Cheers!

Highly recommended! I must say that the guys at Imports Pro are very professional, smooth to deal with and very accommodating. Special mention to Freddy and Faisal, these guys are absolute professionals, accommodating and very patient for someone like me who is new in Canada. They assisted me all the way from test drive, easy to negotiate with, car registration, etc. not to mention that the vehicle I got (2010 Ford Fusion) is at tiptop shape never had an issue to date. Thanks again Imports Pro team and I look forward to buying my second vehicle from you guys.
