★ ★ ★ ★ ★ About 2 weeks ago I needed a car last minute and for almost a week another Car Rental place kept promising me a car and then delaying another day and another day. I called U-Drive on Regent and spoke with Kevin, who was very friendly and kind and took the time to explain the "current situation" in the rental industry (which the other place never did) and booked me in for a rental the following day. Just then the other company came through and I did not end up renting one from here, because I needed a car desperately, however I truly appreciated the customer service experience here.
To me a truly great customer service experience is when things do not go as planned, how is it being handled (communication, professionalism, solution). Kevin delivered!
