β β β β β Great purchasing experience in Citicar and with the boss Mr. Ismail. Price is very good and car condition is almost perfect even it's an used Lexus RX350. As I'm new here without a car, Mr.Ismail drove to my home to let me do the test driving and also picked me up to register the car in MPI .5-star service and friendly staff, highly recommended to everyone. β β β β β Great customer service however be careful you donβt buy a lemon. Ask for a comprehensive service report before you buy! I bought from them and have a $10,000 bill for repairs they kept hidden from me. Be careful is all Iβm saying! If youβre canβt get a recent service report, DONβT purchase! Good luck.

β β β β β Got a Honda civic 2012 from CITICAR in 2018. The car seemed good when I purchased it. After 2 years the dents and paint job was becoming visible. Now after 4 years, the aftermarket paint problem is worsening. Be careful with your purchase.
