You know it is time for a new hot tub cover when the foam of your old cover becomes very heavy and difficult to lift. The heaviness comes from the small airspaces in the cover’s foam that eventually fill with moisture due to rising steam.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Difficult to even give this business 1 star. They are horrible, they are trying to charge us for something twice, that should have been done correctly the first time. Money hungry and awful service. They take no pride in their product. Do not waste your time!!! Go somewhere reputable. Their reviews say it all.

I had an issue with my pump cover leaking so I picked up a new cover and gasket as I live out of town and wanted to make sure I had the parts I needed. After I replaced the seal and found my leak fixed I returned to the store to return the unused cover. I was told that they did not give refunds, only store credit. I was not happy with a store credit and the way I was told this after I initially told them my intention when I purchased the parts. I don't recommend this store.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Friendly staff, ready to assist you. Although a smaller retail space, they seem to have the pool parts I need. I have a 20 year old pool, but they have great inventory! Smaller space likely means smaller overhead cost, which equates to cheaper prices on chemicals and pool accessories.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Knowledgeable ladies at the front desk. Doing a water sample for me when they were closing in less than five minutes was very nice of them when they could of said they were closing. Chemicals are competitive prices. The dog in the store is super friendly, will definitely continue doing business with them.

I found the same rubber duck chlorine dispenser for $25 cheaper, the chlorine pucks for $25 cheaper and the bagged shock for half the price across the street at Canadian Tire!! I was bamboozled! They gouged me and I trusted they were cheaper because of the review! Never shop there!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Untrustworthy thieves. They refused to return our parts to us unless we paid them big money for a job they never completed . Charged us for "service charge" but did not indicate such charge would apply at time of booking. Came down did not do the job they were hired to do but charged us to do work that has to be completely taken apart to do the job they were originally hired to do. Took weeks to return our parts to us, but first lied about having our parts and forced us to pay a bill for service they should have never done. They held our own pool equipment hostage. Donna was our contact at the store she mislead and lied to us the entire time. Due to past good experiences we tried our best to give this store the benefit of the doubt during this long painful experience. Unfortunately, we will never return to this store again.
