And I have to say, from my first visit to the Jacuzzi store, my plans were immediately made a reality in the most wonderful opportunity to purchase a hot tub by one very knowledgeable, approachable, friendly, considerate, attentive and very helpful salesperson; Jason immediately took care of all my inquiries and set up the best package possible! His recommendations and assistance to set the entire process in motion was superb! Everything from notification of my order being ready, to the delivery, to the tutorial were done in the most professional manor, I really felt like their most valued customer! Who would have known my granddaughter would be so excitedly congratulating me on my milestone hot tub birthday party, along with all my enthusiastic family, "Aren't you happy I told you to get a Hot Tub!" Went into he showroom to confirm the one we wanted and Filled out all the forms sent via email and set up a date for delivery.We wanted it delivered and set up in the back yard but because it's still winter had to wait. The day finally arrived and the crew showed up exactly the agreed time. They were efficient and courteous. Done is 45 minutes! We couldn't be happier. Was a stress free, great experience and we love our tub.

The service department was accommodating and answered a number of pre-delivery questions. The hot tub was delivered a month ahead of schedule, and the installers were very quick and professional. Jason's follow-up after the sale has been much appreciated as well. Great company to deal with!

Not all staff were aware of the sale and what was included, I guess a happy surprise when I went in again to "purchase" the stairs and found out they were included. However Jason is very knowledgeable. We love our (first) tub and use it almost everyday. Delivery was quick compared to other companies. I would give a 5☆ review but we had a couple of small hiccups in the whole process. I feel we were overcharged on our tile floor, but we were in a tight spot and didn't have a choice to purchase them. Overall a fairly smooth process. Thank you Jason and staff at St. Mary's location. Bottom line...I would recommend Jacuzzi Manitoba.

We didn't have much experience with hot tubs but after reviewing many of top brands and discussions with Jason, we were convinced that purchased right product. Everyone at the location seems to be very helpful. The installation went very smooth, they put tub exactly where wanted. Tough going getting down side of house as big slope but wasn't an issue. We are very thankful for all of the help Jason provided and still provides us!

We Absolutely fell in love with one of the hot tub here ! It is now sitting in our backyard and I have no regrets. The delivery also went very smoothly and he had explained how to take good care of our hot tub. It was super easy to understand! This was one of the best purchases I have made in a while!
