About LCL Spas - Winnipeg Hot Tubs & Spas
LCL Spas is a family owned company, offering Top quality Spa, hot tubs and other fine recreational products to our customers in Manitoba and North Western Ontario.
Our company was founded in 1994 by Cameron and Jeri Breckman. Shortly after the company was started, Jay Breckman (their first son) joined the business. Jay was asked to take charge of the operation and help grow LCL Spas into a successful company to be proud of. The main goal of the company has always been to offer top quality products and services to our customers, while having some fun along the way. It was not long before Trevor and Eric Breckman were asked to join the operation (son’s 2 & 3). Trevor and Eric brought fresh energy and ideas to the company, as well as their individual skill sets. The three brothers and a host of loyal, hard working staff have helped grow LCL Spas over the past 15 years, into the award winning company it is today. Cameron and Jeri have since retired and are now among our biggest fans!
LCL Spas has been recognized in our industry for steady growth from year to year. From our small beginnings, we are proud to have expanded into one of the Top 5 dealers in the World for Coast Spas, which has over 300 dealers around the globe. As our company continues to expand and as our loyal client base grows, it gives us all great satisfaction to think of the wonderful customers, friends and family who have enjoyed our products along the way. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sure they have great service when selling you a spa. But try getting them to provide service once you have your spa at home and need parts/repairs...they don't seem to exist. You have to call multiple times, leave messages, emails etc. They don't even have the courtesy to return your calls. STAY AWAY!!!

From the initial education steps around choosing our hot tub all the way to maintenance steps of our new tub now already installed, my wife and I have found the experience to be enjoyable all the way through. I must also note that Jay took an extra step in after sales service by calling us to ensure that we understood how to work our tub properly and answer any questions we might have. This was completely unprompted and far exceeded our expectations.
The showroom is clean and easy to navigate, and the staff is very knowledgeable. I would highly recommend!

Jay, Trevor and the crew have been amazing from the sale, to the delivery, to promptly dealing with any issues or maintenance the experience has been top notch. Buying from a family business that takes pride in their after-sale is the business you want to give your hard earned $$$$ to, my deck was a pain in the ass to get the tub into and they made it look easy.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We purchased a hot tub from LCL in Nov 2020. So far we have been very pleased with our dealings with LCL and have really enjoyed the tub. LCL set it up on time and provided help with regards to chemicals etc.
We had a minor service call necessary this year and Trevor from their service department was very helpful and prompt. Our hot tub was fixed faster then I expected and the technician (Andrew) was knowledgeable, experienced and courteous.
Our issue was resolved in time just 24 hours before our first snowstorm hit this year.
There are probably lots of places you can buy a hot tub - probably even online - but consider the after purchase support and service - chemicals, accessories and if needed service. Very happy I chose a local company that is a phone call and 10 minute drive away.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ What a great experience it has been to deal with Eric at LCL spas. From the very beginning when we stepped into the store we were welcomed and walked around the showroom to be shown several spas based off of our needs.
After we had left, we had emailed back and forth with Eric with several questions and he answered them very promptly. Excellent communication and service from him.
Highly recommend this local, family owned business!

The service team is just as great. We had a few issues with our hot tub and they were very quick to dispatch a service technician. The technicians are very professional and knowledgeable. We will definitely recommend them to friends and family.
