I was trying to build a chain link fence, after 6 months of saying "you're at the top of my list" and my contact going on multiple vacations in this time, they finally told me they could not do this chain link fence because the project was "too small" and i would have to pay extra. Very frustrating as this should have been simple.
At the same time I'm also getting a kitchen renovation done. They kept forgetting to add items and billing me 4 times for different when i only expected one bill for materials, one for labour. We went over a bunch of kitchen items in person and somehow they had no recollection of adding these to my file. The day of renovations they tell me i need to buy a bunch of extra stuff and "they don't know how we missed it". Not cool, very frustrating.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I wish I got their names! 2 days in a row... Great staff! Unlike home Depot, the staff actually when passing you, ask you if you need help! Wow.. so I don't have to walk up and down the aisles to find staffin an orange bib? How weird?!

Manjot was great! Was even able to take $145 off the original $745 ticket, almost no questions asked.
One of the simplest shopping experiences ever.
I’ve also purchased a Samsung oven from them 6months ago, great deal, seamless delivery and great customer service!

I wanted to let you know that we received excellent customer service from Darren! He was very friendly, very knowledgeable and it was a pleasure dealing with him!
We purchased the dryer and revived it this morning !
Even the delivery drivers we excellent! Friendly and made sure I was happy before they left!
