★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I bought pot lights. After few months some of them stopped working and I went to the store and they did a exchange with no hesitation. Very good people to do business with. Would definitely go again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very poor quality lights. My wife purchased under cabinet lights-3 in a pack. They did not even last 3 months. My contractor asked us to buy Jenco lights but I would never recommend anyone to ever buy their lights. The flicker, turn on after couple hours and just burn out. Total waste of money, and they are not even that cheap. Did not bother about warranty as they will be as bad with same issues. Replaced them with Liteline lights, no problems last 8 months, they are beautiful, elegant and worth every dollar.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible experience. Very rude and completely disrespectful. Needed to see if they have more of a product I already have bought from them as I am in Toronto. They refused to look into the product telling me they only will look once I am there and then hung up on me. Don’t recommend this place at all. Don’t waste your time, go somewhere else.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst customer service provided here. They do not even want to do their job, they do not speak any english and refuse to help. I recommend you go to somewhere better like Home Depot or Lowes because they’re quality of products are trash and even worse is the employees and how they treat their customers and overall how they operate as a business. Completely pathetic.
