β β β β β Island Mediquip, with Graham in particular, have always responded very quickly to any queries that I had and have superb staff and technicians who complete an install and adjust as required. They are great to deal and have good products and fair pricing.

β β β β β I normally don't do this, but I had to because this company wasted our time through the entire month. They're unprofessional and don't care about their customers, they have no communication either. So we got a tesla a month ago, my fiance who's a quadriplegic needed hand controls installed. Island mediquiped said they could do it for him. They also said that it was going to be two weeks wait. We waited then came two weeks. But wait....NOBODY! absolutely no one called my fiance to say that the guy installing his control was on holiday ? so we've had to wait another 2 weeks. But then again no one told him again that the guy was in the hospital! We have no problem with the wait. It's the frustration of not telling us!! Then we decided we will switched company's and we have to take the car to Richmond tomorrow. After waiting a great deal for a month with no car, they give him the parts. But doesn't tell him they didn't give him everything!!! There's still a box at the shop ? I'm actually very angry at how everything was managed, NO communication was done on there part. He has to get a friend to drive him all the way back into town again, on the same day. When they were just there, they also have to go to richmond tomorrow! What if they drove to Richmond and my fiance didn't notice? That's what's making me very angry. The guy said " I figured that might happen." Why didn't you call us then, before we drove all the way home?!! Simple as that. Period. I really recommend that you choose a different company if you don't want them wasting your time. We understand about the tech being sick and being on vacation. It's how there's no communication telling us that, is the real big problem! You guys really need to get new management teams or fix this problem for future clients sake!

β β β β β The staff at Island Mediquip (Victoria) really listen. I have dealt with many, many such groups in my 60+ years of using mobility aides and these people really get it. They LISTEN to the customer and respect our opinions. This may sound like it would be a simple thing but, believe me, it is not a common attitude. They do excellent work (installing driving aids and lifts in my van), are kind and considerate and most of all ... they are FUN to work with. Thanks Joe and all your staff for providing excellent work and treating the customer with respect.

β β β β β Twice I have looked up items on their website and they don't carry it! The first time I simply went in only to find they don't carry it and their website isn't kept up-to-date. The second time, wiser from the first, I called to verify they carry what I want and have it in stock only to find when I get there it is NOT what I asked for. Again I was told their website isn't up-to-date and the prices are wrong. Why on EARTH do you have a website if the information is no good. You won't fool me a third time. Unfortunately, yet again, I will not be able to support local as the item I want isn't stocked in any locations in Victoria.

With their vast knowledge, they were able to effectively assemble a suite of medical equipment tailored to meet our Auntβs specific needs. Exceptional customer service start to finish and will not hesitate to recommend.

β β β β β I had a great experience recently when I took my van in for a repair to my very old lift. As soon as I wheeled in was greeted by a very friendly staff and met with the sales man and technician. I honestly thought I could be looking at a replacement which would have cost @$11,000.00 I was very happily surprised when the Tech returned in about 15 minutes to say he had diagnosed the issue. They are very honest, fare and the entire staff were 5* I was out of there in under 2 hours for @$200.00 and my lift has never worked so well. I would highly recommend them for any of your needs relating to mobility aids. Thank you to all the staff!!!!
