C	Cynthia Brossard on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ So you pay about $3 grand for a CPAP machine, and it's "guaranteed" for 90 days. 90 DAYS. Your insurer probably only covers one every 5 years. THAT MEANS NO MATTER HOW BADLY THE MACHINE IS MADE, NO MATTER HOW BADLY IT PERFORMS, YOU ARE ON THE HOOK TO KEEP IT GOING. I took mine in today with the metal water reservoir apparently corroding, and the "respiratory technician" was TOTALLY disinterested in what the problem was. Didn't even want to know. Wouldn't look at it. BUT had the contract all made up for me to buy a new water reservoir, and it probably has the same problem. When I originally bought the CPAP machine, they WOULD NOT provide me with an invoice showing what the machine cost, what the insurer paid, and what I paid. Refused. Still refusing. Next time I will go elsewhere.

They are extremely helpful and ever so knowledgeable about the condition and the technological solutions. In this day and age of inconsistent and indifferent customer service, MedPro stands as a refutation of today's norms. Loyalty matters.

Even when they were closed on the weekend, they arranged to have personnel meet us when my friend forgot his mask in Calgary. Not the cheapest mask prices, but they were there in an emergency, and it was cheaper than an unplanned ticket home. Thank you MedPro for going the extra mile!

Shawna DesRosier was my mentor and taught me how to use a CPAP machine. I was provided with the machine for more than a month while waiting for confirmation from my private insurer that they would provide some of the costs of the equipment. While using the machine, Shawna was able to contact me regularly via email to let me know how things were going which I though was very interesting and informative. When the equipment arrived, I spent an hour with Shawna who showed me how to use and clean the equipment. Since being on theCPAP machine, I am no longer considered pre-diabetic. Pretty amazing the effect is has had on my health. I would highly recommend Med Pro.

She explained clearly & succinctly, & I never felt overwhelmed by all the new information. I felt I could call, email, or get an appointment whenever I needed support or encouragement learning to use the CPAP. I especially appreciated the help I received when I was having trouble finding a mask suitable for me. The respiratory therapist was calm, patient, & encouraging. (Thanks, Shawna.)
