★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Application and interview process was a complete waste of time. Panel of 6 board members with only 1 of them disinterestedly asking the same questions that were on the application form. It's clear they made their decision before the interview had begun and were merely conducting it to fulfill a criteria. We tried to engage with them but no one was interested in even talking.
I don't mind that another family was accepted to the "next step of the process" but please don't waste a family's time and hopes if you've already made your decision. It's incredibly disrespectful.
