★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have lived at Bakerview Housing Co-op for 8 years. I am happy here. I like my neighbours and I can have pets. It's so hard to find rental accommodation that takes pets! We are currently undergoing a multimillion dollar major renovation, inside and out. We have fenced yards and also Commons pace. Lots of trees and a community building. We all help out at the co-op, about 4 hours a month, to keep the costs down. Share purchase required, refundable upon move out with no damage. I enjoy living here!
