★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had the pleasure of living at Montecito North for 2 years, it was such a quiet building, everyone around you were so friendly when you would cross paths & the landlord's were very helpful with every question or concern. The unit was absolutely beautiful, with high ceilings, in unit laundry, stainless steal appliances, very spacious rooms and walk in closets! There are so many wonderful things about this building! The location is very central and there is a bus stop right out front, which I used frequently, but I also had an underground parking spot in the building as well with rent! Great memories of this building and would move back in a heartbeat! Very much would suggest this building to anyone looking for a new home!
