★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A neighbour recently had Ryan in to check his gas fireplace and he found a defect in it's original install. I called to have mine looked at to see if there were any problems. Ryan showed up on time, went above and beyond what I had assumed needed to be done, answered all my questions, handed out friendly advice and tips without prompting, looked all aspects of the gas stuff inside and out of my home, even checked the carbon monoxide detector. He left zero mess, was very respectful of my home and my guard cat, and made sure the fireplace was spotless. I was very impressed. Would highly recommend.

When it came time to sweep my chimney after getting a quote to replace my insert from another company. Trevor immediately came out to double checked this and was able to sweep it for me. Great guys. Highly recommend

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ryan came to our home to do an annual maintenance on our gas fireplace after we have been having it serviced by another company for the past few years. WOW what a difference having a true professional doing he work. He adjusted things the original install company never too the time to do, cleaned up from the last service person that was here, and was simply great.
Explained everything, and the fireplace has never started up so quick. He is now our permanent fireplace guy and I will be sharing his info with my elderly parents for their fireplace as well.
Thanks again! ? nice to see there are still passionate business owners out there! Customer service is a dying art, but not here!

The install went well, his quote was accurate with no hidden costs. The insert looks and works excellent. I'm very pleased with the finished product and would highly recommend Flametech Heating for any of the services they offer. Quality workmanship at a reasonable price, thanks Ryan!

At initial visit Ryan made good suggestions; made thorough review of layout of home and anticipated any potential issues with existing gas connections. Installed 2 gas fireplace inserts, arriving promptly and finishing in one day. Respectful of our floors, with drop cloths everywhere. Very competitively priced. We would certainly recommend to others.
