They are both professional and friendly, and wonderfully responsive; I felt informed throughout the entire process, even though I had a busy schedule. They rebuilt the top section of my chimney in a timely manner, and did an absolutely gorgeous job. I didn't even give them any direction on the aesthetic, they just knew what would look good! Even after they were done, a few months down the road I've experienced a leak in my roof, and they were on the ball, double checking to ensure there wasn't anything wrong with the flashing they installed. Sure enough, the chimney was not the culprit. They communicate, they are responsible, and they are honest. I would recommend them any day!

Everything was done professionally, promptly, and efficiently, and as an added bonus, the two masons were very polite and friendly. (Importantly for my husband, who has been working from home, they were also quiet—no loud music playing outside while he was in the midst of conference calls!) They discovered a corroded vent pipe during the rebuild, and Josh went out of his way to find us someone to replace it within a few days. We’re totally happy with Orca’s work and highly recommend them.
