M	Miss Dots on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They have messed up my family's scripts so many times recently. I was giving them the benefit of the doubt as a loyal customer only to have them mess up again. Short staffed is not an excuse when the patient is relying on the meds and gives ample time for them to be filled. There is no recourse. Staff used to be competent and friendly. Not so now. I switched my prescriptions to a different pharmacy. And they got that wrong. When I called to rectify the situation it took them 20 minutes to answer the phone and after I spoke to somebody they hung up on me not once but twice. The 2nd time the owner Murray hung up on me. Unacceptable business practices. Especially when people rely on their medications for sometimes life threatening illnesses. I had been a client for well over 10 years and am so disappointed. Yes times are hard however other pharmacies are not having this issue.. I hope others read this review.

We were there way before closing time, but the pharmacist was clearly in a hurry to get home instead of dispensing medicine and taking proper notice of customer requirements. Customer service at this location is just terrible than words can express. The hours of the location are even less considerate. Before you respond to my comment with your robotic message, I can see that other people have brought up similar concerns, yet there is no change. The pattern of terrible customer service continues, and your robotic message only goes to show that you don't really address the problem even though its right there.

I transferred my business from other pharmacies to this location some four years ago. The staff are responsive, even while this very busy pharmacy (especially these COVID days) has many demands placed on it for service. The advice I have received has been most helpful. Difficult customers - and I have witnessed some shockingly poor behaviour - are responded to professionally and with sincere attempts to provide care.

I didn’t get her name but there was a young woman working in the cosmetics department who was SO HELPFUL! I tried to call and thank her but couldn’t get through on the automated service. She not only recommended products that cleared up the reaction, and soothed it, but also recommended some of the best beauty products I’ve used so far! Totally impressed! And super thankful for her help!

Consistently losing prescriptions, constantly need reminding to check their fax machines for prescriptions sent a week ago when they insist to your face and over the phone (rudely) that they 'don't have it' when they do, wasting your time and your doctors sending multiple requests. They never check your file so good luck if you have allergies, I've been given the wrong medication multiple times with my specific allergy in it causing allergic reactions despite the RED FLAG on my file! When calling to confront the staff on this issue their behavior is anything but apologetic in fact, it's condescending! Example: "oh its such a small amount it should be fine." Thanks Karen, for explaining how allergies work. Not. I'm 2 seconds away from reporting this pharmacy for negligence.

I ensure politeness and patience always as they are chronically understaffed and they do not provide the same in return, ever! Urgent medication refills are not prioritized, even for children, and they have no capacity to make judgement calls when it comes to the well being of their patients. Zero compassion or professionalism. Its not surprising they cannot keep staff and have such a turnover they are probably treated very badly and take it out on their patients. They belittle you and take no accountability or use any common sense.

Barb and Stephanie are very knowledgeable and I trust their recommendations, especially Barb and her wealth of experience. They are also very kind ladies. Lise in the post office section is very friendly and efficient at her job. She always has a smile on her face and is more than willing to help. In my mind this is the best post office given Lise and her staff being professional and quick at their jobs. Outstanding customer service. Thank you

I've been a customer there for many years so I know this has always been their standard, even in the most challenging of times during the pandemic. Pharmacist Murray and the others are always so helpful and considerate!
