4 pm 8 to 10 servers,not one looking after 3 people in inside line, not1 person at a till or waiting for inside food. I left in disgust of poor management.

Does not deserve a one star. This is probably the filthiest Tim's I have ever been too. There is no drive thru at this location, which is just fine. I like to go inside. There were 5-6 staff on duty. Our cashier ( adult male) had not idea how to operate the order system. The hit chocolate machine was burping powder out. The staff were all moving about 1/2 speed if that. The floors Filthy. Bathroom disgusting. Tables sticky. I have many picture to prove my point if anyone interested. My recommendation is to the owners and managers. Clean up your act or sell it to someone else.

Victoria is already amazing and I love tim hortons coffee alot... this time a friendly and warm service by one of their employee which i never expect from tim-tim guys.. i guess her name is pooja her service was awesome with kind and great respect to the customer

Wasn't long of a wait. Good selection. Hot choc and coffee were good. Got donuts and timbits. Nice staff. The parking lot is a zoo.

Rude Behavior and Bad Attitudes. I was serviced by a middle aged women in DEC/23 around 1:30 pm. She was rude and Impatient to customers. Received the worst service ever, and I don't think she's trained how to service, should go back and learn. The other young employee was helpful.

I usually have amazing service here and its my normal coffee shop but today there was a lady with black and grey hair working the till. I was trying to order and I had said one thing and she began yelling at me saying I needed to tell her how I was paying, I never actually got the chance to finish my order and instead of good service the lady made me cry every time I tried to tell her I wasn’t done she yelled at me and said I was after only putting in one item. If your ever there avoid her.

Unfriendly service - void of anything beyond what a robot or self order station could do. But looking past that - the Bagel Belt was the saddest looking thing I ever had to eat at any Timmys. I’ve attached a photo of the compost ready lettuce. It was missing ingredients as well. My wife and daughter’s breakfast sandwiches were also made wrong. With unfriendly service, do you really want to go up and try to get the sandwiches remade?

I just had an incredibly unpleasant experience with a lady that works at this Tim Hortons name Marion. I come very often to this Tim Hortons as I live about a 15 minute walk away. I will usually come to this location about 3 days a week (at least) to grab a tea and something to eat. I always ask for a double cup on my tea as I get it black and the cup and the sleeve on their own is not enough to control the heat on my hand. I have never had an issue asking for this. That is until today. I asked one of the workers if I could have a double cup, Marion jumped in and said, very rudely, no. I was pretty taken aback and all she had to say was that it was costing the store too much to be giving double cups out. I can understand that, I would've been happy to pay 5 cents for the cup as they were apparently loosing so much money, even though I paid $2.11 for my tea, which I think would be more than enough to cover a double cup if I needed it. However she just left and told me I had to just deal with a sleeve. I hope Marion can understand that although your restaurant has apparently been loosing so much money on cups, because how incredibly unpleasant this experience was and the attitude I got from Marion, you will now be loosing a regular customer. I am more than happy to get my tea now from the McDonald's across the parking lot.
