β β β β β This "practice" is a joke. It's supposedly a walk in clinic but they wouldn't take any walk-ins 15 minutes after opening? Even if you have an appointment, there are usually 2 or 3 other people waiting for the same time appointment, with the same doctor so still end up waiting 45 mins past scheduled appointment. I saw Dr. Ahmad. He wouldn't even look me in the eye during the whole appointment. He wrote a few of my symptoms down on his computer, gave a couple prescription's and told me to come back if the problem persist. I've been back for similar problems for years. When I asked for more serious tests I was told he was too busy, and was behind, so I have to book another appointment for another day. I work two jobs and have three kids. I don't time to be wasting 45 mins of my day every other day. I wouldnt even give them 1 star if possible.
Dr.Riyat is amazing if you can see her.
The other female doctor, Sandrasgra (not sure of spelling) is good too.
Dr.Ahmed is completely useless. Couldn't even figure out if my pregnant wife was indeed pregnant.
And Dr.Singhal seems to think that all issue's are somehow related to depression anxiety. I don't think he realize's that everyone shows up dealing with depression and anxiety because they need to waste more time out of their day with this horrible practice.
Receptions have no idea how to book/manage appointment's.
The two female doctors should leave this practice and start their own clinic.

β β β β β Always behind the schedule never on time. I waited over an hour and I do have an appointment there only excuse is that doctors were late or patients are taking more than expected time. So if you are planing to go there make sure that you have no other appointments otherwise you will either miss it or will have to leave. By the way if you decide to leave make it clear that you are canceling your appointment because they didn't let you in according to your appointment other wise you will be charged 50 dollars for not showing up for your appointment. My advice seek another clinic

β β β β β Would give it a zero if I could. Called 5 times in the span of two hours to see if they were taking walk-ins and no one bothered to pick up the phone. I left work early to get here and find out that they weren't taking walk-ins! The receptionists are the most unfriendly, unwelcoming people. Very ironic as it is a care facility, a lighter atmosphere would be great. The doctors are ok, depending on who you go to - some more caring than others. Wait times are extremely long, although a doctor only sees you for about 5 minutes!

β β β β β Receptionist is rude and doesn't have a clue about customer service. She is better off working in a back warehouse where there is little to no human interaction. Made a mistake on my daughter's birth date and refused to correct it inspite of producing her Birth certificate.
Secondly, explained her that I need to see the doctor for a quick ear infection check up. Offered to pay for the visit since they were already above the daily quota. Dr. Singhal refused to see me. Both doctor and receptionist had no compassion or empathy for a patient. You'd rather go to hospital and wait a few hours then put up with these 2 idiots or better yet go to Cook Road Medical Center. Receptionist there had a positive attitude and Doctor Leslie was extremely professional.

β β β β β I used to go to this clinic when I lived locally, Dr. Sharon Riyat (who has since left) was spectacular, incredible Doctor.
The Reception and phone system I would give a "1" . They rarely follow the doctors requests for referrals, you have to keep phoning to bug them,
"when is my specialists appt."
That is if you can get through on the phone, their system puts you in circles to talk to anybody. All the best Ironwood Medical Clinic.

He is always in a bad mood, and he's also rushing everything to get to the next patient, He probably want even more money??

β β β β β I've been with Dr. S for a few years and she's absolutely wonderful.
I have NEVER had an even decent experience with the front office workers. Every single time I need to contact the office, they are rude. They have said to me that they "don't have time" for me or they're "busy with more importan things". When I go into the clinic, again they are dismissive and I feel that they do not care one but about anyone there. They have zero personable skills.
I love my doctor but it's very frustrating when I need to speak to the office. If I could give the front office workers negative stars, I would.

β β β β β Dr. Singhal was to busy on his Friday afternoon and weekend off to make a call for a very sick patient. He finally called Monday, Prescribed an inhaler that he then never forwarded to the correct pharmacy. Having to call back to looking this issue, he told me I was wasting other patients time and not respecting his time for calling and bothering him. I'm calling on behalf of a friend who is deathly ill with covid and was admitted into the hospital twice. He hung up on me, then called back and said if he's dying take him to the hospital. I am thoroughly disgusted.
