β β β β β My doctor is great but that's if I ever get to make an appointment to see him. My husband and I have been calling for 5 days now!!!! and no one answers the phone.. A little ridiculous if you ask me.

β β β β β Dr Leung has been my daughters doctor for years. Has always come through for them. An amazing Dr. in my opinion and the staff is super pleasant. It may take time to get an appointment but well worth the wait.

β β β β β If you have time in your hands to call this clinic, go ahead else, you get an automated answer asking you to keep on calling. Unfortunately, I work full time, and no time in my hands to wait for someone to pick up! By the way, I tried 10+ times today just to leave a message that I am cancelling my appointment. Oh - did I forget that the auto answer says they can pick up messages 24-48 hours yet? Hey guys, is this really a clinic?

β β β β β Personally, never had an issue with the Doctors or the Receptionists. Always good with follow up phone calls. If you treat the receptionists with respect they always reciprocate the demeanor. I think we should all be grateful for them even showing up in current times. A receptionist job is not easy by any means, but a MOA I'm sure takes a special person to fill that position. Keep up the great work and don't let any negative reviews get to you.
