The nail tech did not know what she was doing or the products they used were very low quality. Within 24 hours a nail had fallen off and the gel polish was chipping off.I went back to "fix" those issues, the nail tech was rude and did not apologize. The day after getting my nails fixed another nail came off as well as polish chipping. I had to go to another salon to redo my nails completely within 5 days. I wished I had listened to all the bad reviews on this place :(

S	Steph P on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We have been supporting this business for a long time, 3 plus years. We’ve always been pretty happy with the job they’ve done, especially for the price! They always seem to have room too! Lately we have been noticing a lot more just talking in their language- which takes away from the relaxing experience/ makes you feel like they’re talking about you. We had come in on a Friday night at 5 and they were closing 2 hours later.. we got pedicures done and one gel polish manicure... the pedicures were alright and pretty normal, but they started the manicure closer to close, there was still an hour before they actually closed but they seemed to rush the manicure- didn’t give a nice arm massage, and only did the middle of the nails- we can provide a picture to anyone who asks! So all the sides are not painted. They all seemed to pack up with 45 minutes left on the stated opening hours and sort of rushed us out. We don’t think we will be supporting this business anymore because it’s not what we want to pay for !

When i have gone back to get it fixed they never apologize and charge me to fix it. This has happened twice already. I tried to give them the benefit of the doubt but they are consistently bad. I also noticed when i would be there, how many people were coming in complaining about the work and were there to get their nails fixed. Horrible quality nails and service. Dont go, save your money.
R	Rhys Falby on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My girlfriend had just the worst experience... she came in to get her nails done and get her eyebrows tinted. Instantly she could tell how the workers at the salon ignored her entrance in the salon until they noticed her expensive jewelry (shallow). She asked if they did eyebrow tints and they responded with mixed answers, (yes / no) the owner tried to convince her they could do it even though the workers their were convinced they were unable to do it. While my girlfriend was mid nails, the owner walks over and lathers a black liquid all over her eyelids, done very sloppily may I add. Once she began to feel a burning sensation she asked them to remove the strange substance, and they angrily charged her double!!! Which makes no sense to me considering they were doing her eyebrows WRONG. Since we are both teenagers we are often on the brunt end of ageism, so they yelled at her in store demanding she pay double the cost of the actual treatment, not letting her leave the store otherwise :/ absolutely horrible experience and close to theft. Hope this place gets shut down, reading all these bad comments now and I am amazed ...

Prior to this, they were trying to scrape off the gel polish using an extension instead of using acetone to soak it off. Extremely damaging to the nails and unprofessional. Do not come here
J	Justine Oz on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The staff are all very sweet and professional. The the experience has always been great for me! I’ve been getting shellac mani/pedi done for about a year. Kim is wonderful! The negative reviews really don’t make sense to me. The service is reliable and flexible.
L	Lei Kazemi on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mid tier, had shellac done on my toes and they’re great but also got an acrylic set done and one nail popped off only 4 days in, and they’re uneven and weren’t even the colour I asked them to be. They didn’t push back my cuticles so they looked grown out really quickly also. English communication at times is lacking and they’re quite sharp with their speech. I’m not sure if it’s a culture difference but there is a lack of customer service here and you almost feel scared to ask them about what they’re doing or to tell them what you really want. Nails were pretty nonetheless but I don’t think I’ll be back.
