Thank you Dr P !!!!!! For totally painless "zero downtime" procedure... Perfectly proportioned filler on lip and chin.. Absolutely brilliant how you know exactly where and how much to enhance and never overfill. In February, botox and the fillers on my cheeks were also no downtime and as always so perfectly natural, not even my family realized I had anything done.. just rave how great I look LOL For ANYONE looking for cosmetic DOCTOR, please read my uhhh.. very long sincere review cause I never ever write reviews... I write because, Medical Spa — is my fountain of youth I’ve been Dr Pinkhasik’s client at Medical Spa’s 9 full years and before, he was my MD. This is such long overdue review as Dr Pinkhasik has been my utmost trusted Doctor for a decade and his Medical Spa opened 9 years ago. ? I’ve been getting regular maintenance of botox (Xeomin) and fillers (Radiese) and BBL every year like clockwork !! All these 9 years ++ he surpasses all my expectations every time with his expertise and valued knowledge. His approach is very honest, friendly, kind (funny too) but most of all, he’s soooo expert knowing what needs or not needs to be done to enhance youthful look and avoids overdone look I see so often on people. No wonder his clients love and respect him. He totally rocks at what he does!! Always guides me patiently to do only what is needed, advises against what deems unnecessary to get the best results. Walking out of there happy always “9 years” ? I have opportunity to go to many other places but NEVER could I as I trust Dr P with my beauty regiment “wholeheartedly.” He has kept me looking not a day older ( ok maybe few days lol) past a decade and I cannot thank him enough !!! I’m 50 years old and without bragging.. ? look 15yrs younger and never have that tired, slackened aged look on my entire face from loss of volume- due to his “incredibly natural looking” botox/filler work. It’s amazing how smooth and firm my skin looks and feels without any tell signs of procedure.. that’s his brilliant work ? Visit to his clinic is the best fulfilling experience as he makes me look and feel so amazing !!! Btw i loooove the Smooth and Glow facial spa has... seriously, after my skin is really glowing ? and feels so silky. So happy spa just reopened 19th from Covid closure (of course that’s when he touched up my lip and around mouth filler to perfection ?) In fewer words, Medical Heavenly Spa Dr P. I have been to a few places now for botox and I have to say that Dr. Pinkhasik has been my best experience thus far. He did exactly what I wanted, didn't push me to get other areas done when they weren't necessary, the price was right and he achieved the results I desired! He was friendly and made me comfortable as well during my time in his office. I would highly recommend him.

I've had only positive experiences with Dr. Pinkhasik! He is probably the only doctor I've seen that is so willing to take his time and truly listen to a patient. Although this can sometimes mean that he runs a bit behind schedule, he shows the same level of care and patience to everyone he sees, even for just a consultation. He is extremely knowledgable, not only in the cosmetic field, but after working as a general practitioner for many years prior to opening this clinic, he has an extremely comprehensive knowledge base and is so willing to insure that you are the best informed possible. He will go through your various options with you, and then consult on what he believe is the best course of action for your particular circumstance. He also writes short magazines covering various procedures and any innovations in the field which are great for any curiosities his patients are inquiring about and never push something on you that he doesn't think will have the results you're looking for! I whole heartedly recommend Dr. Pinkhasik to anyone even thinking about having any sort of cosmetic procedure done!

Did a Smooth Glow Facial at Medical Spa Club and received great treatment from the staff. Dr. Pinkhasik is also a great doctor who is knowledgeable on cosmetic treatments like Botox and Fillers. Definitely worth it to check the facility out!

I’ve gone here for Botox and lip filler. Dr. Pinkhasik does great work! Would highly recommend going there.

I had very good experience with Dr. Paul Pinkhasik. He spends time, listens very well, and answers all your questions which shows that he cares about his patients and tries to find the best treatment for individuals. A few years ago when I dislocated my shoulder, he popped it back in and helped me through the rehabilitation process for my injury. Because of his personal sports/martial arts knowledge and experience, I was able to get back into training for martial arts without any aftereffect. He recommended trainings based on my recent injury. (Dr. Paul himself is an experienced Karate fighter )

The doctor is great, taking lots of time to explain procedures , their cost, and their outcome. No one is pushy at all or tries to sell you anything and the prices seem reasonable. I've had procedures done in the past by plastic surgeons which turned out very badly so I'm slow to trust. Dr. Pinkhasik ran two medical clinics in Richmond previously (simultaneously) but, as he said, that was like herding cats, so he changed his specialty. The building is incredibly ugly on the outside but don't let that put you off. It's very professional on the inside and they're presently updating the operating room because the plastic surgeons from the area will then be able to use it. Very experienced and professional and I highly recommend.

Best facial I have ever received! I have been seeing Fatima at the Medical Spa Club for several months now. I have received different types of facials from her including acne and specialty facials. The facials have cleared up my skin and I go religiously to see her once a month. My treatments are so relaxing and I look forward to it every month! The products they use are high quality and don't aggravate my delicate, eczema prone skin. Also, they are very transparent with how they sanitize their tools which is very important to me. I am looking into other treatments here because of the quality service I receive. I highly recommend seeing Fatima if you are looking for a facial!
