My new appliance is superb and I will get back on track NOW to retaining all my previous years of adjustment to my upper palette. He listen & cares! He made sure the tooth that caused me to try to alter my old retainer (and break it) is no longer involved in the my new corrective process. He is a perfectionist! When speaking to me, she stared at me hard, the voice was cold , impolite and impatient, even crossed arms on chest. She was very friendly and sincere, made me feel very comfortable. ( I usually have a fear of dentist!) Dr.Liu and her staff are very kind and sympathetic. I highly recommend them! Thank you Dr.Liu and the Aurora dental staff.

Lady on the phone couldn’t tell me when the next available appointments were, couldn’t differentiate between AM and PM, couldn’t understand the difference between evening and morning, and couldn’t understand how to spell correctly. Embarrassing to say the least; guess I’ll never know what the actual dentistry is like here.
