Josie is a very dedicated staff, and our family is very grateful to her. I was very angry when I saw unfair comments on her before. I hope PDG can treat every employee fairly. Josie is the nicest dental staff I have ever seen.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Accommodated a last minute emergency as we are on vacation from out of province and our 21 month daughter fell and busted her tooth.
The dentist and all the staff was extremely friendly and knowledgeable and made us feel really good about the process.
We would highly recommend this clinic and hope to find somewhere of this quality once we go back to Ontario!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Administrative staff working the front desk more specifically Sylvia who is rude, condescending and speaks down to customers who pay a lot of money to go to this dental office. Staff members complaining about workload & colleagues in front of waiting parents. How unprofessional. (Otherwise, the dentists, hygienists and dental assistants are amazing).

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Forever grateful for the amazing pediatric dentists (Dr. Carter and Team) for teaching my daughter how to brush her teeth well + floss properly AND make it fun and not scary. Choosing a dentist for her was a big concern as I didn't want her to ever dread going to see the dentist, and now she LOVES seeing the dentist and gets excited every time we have a scheduled visit. She's been under the care of Dr. Carter since she was 3 and I cannot recommend enough how amazing they are with children.
