As a dental professional myself it's easy to be critical but I can honestly say I have found nothing negative to critique. The entire team from reception, assistants, hygiene and Dr. Tang are very professional and have excellent chairside manners. You are not treated like a number and the team is kind enough to oblige any questions you may have.
G	Gordon Good on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I needed A CBCT Scan & a Panoramic X-Ray taken for a dental treatment I was having out of country. I called & asked Coppersmith Dental Centre if they were able to perform both scans, and Yes, they could. I was booked for the very next day. I was greeted at the front desk by a fully masked Coppersmith Dental employee who took my temperature & went over the standard dental office questionnaire. The wait time was minimal, I was in and out within a half hour. Coppersmith Dental produced a CD for my personal files, sent the Panoramic X-ray to me by email. The CBCT Scan is too large for email transfer & must be sent by a file transfer system. I had no idea how I was going to send the CBCT Scan to my other dentist. Without even asking if they could help me to transfer the CBCT Scan, I was told they would transfer the file for me. I was very impressed with the genuine hospitality shown to me and to other patients, while in Coppersmith Dental Centre waiting room. The ability & eagerness to understand & rectify any concerns I seem to have was impressive. Thank You Coppersmith Dental.

I was an old loyal customer but with my recent experience at there front desk - rude receptionist Mekalya i am no longer coming here. BEWARE … before you decide on becoming this clinic’s regular make sure to confirm which doctor you get booked with as there receptionist tends to make assumptions and book you with any random doctor and expect you to abide with it. If you dont they slap you with $$ cancellation charges, all on the name of customer services!!!

She took her time and explained everything so that I could feel more relaxed and we were able to proceed. I'm thrilled that Dr. Kaur is on the Coppersmith Dental team!
Z	Zyra Nacion on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The receptionist that I talked to today was not the greatest and has caused me to leave Coppersmith Dental Centre completely after being a customer for years. Coppersmith has a weird way of getting customers to confirm appointments where they ask you to pre-confirm a week before (via text), confirm a couple days before (via text), AND then calls you a 1-2 days before. I think it's a little too much and definitely not needed. I talked to the receptionist simply asking why they ask so many times to confirm and asked if I could opt out of that. I told her I pre-confirmed and asked if that registered in their system. She just said "No. Have a wonderful day." and hung up. She could have investigated further and helped me opt out of the repeated confirmation texts/phone calls. I was not happy by how she handled such a simple question and was rather rude, so I called again and asked to cancel my appointment instead. She told me I would get charged $100 for cancelling last minute. She knew I was unhappy with her but obviously was not trained basic customer service. Giving 3 stars overall because I will miss my dental hygienist, Alison, who has been nothing but great and friendly to me. It's unfortunate that it has come to an end like this. I refuse to be a customer of an establishment if I have to deal with receptionists like her when she's supposed to be the face of the company.

I've been going with Dr. Tang for a few years and I've been happy with the more extensive procedures as he has a good eye for the cosmetic details. Have had no complaints here and have recommended this place to friends and family!

The doctor - Dr Tang, he is super caring. Knew how to have our young kids not worry. He was fast, and efficient! My kids were surprised how fast it was. Definitely a dental clinic I recommend!
