The staff are incompetent and condescending. The bank pays their employees poorly but that's not an excuse to treat your customers without respect Do not pay this faceless organozation to store your own money. Go to a credit union where your money will be held for free, no fees and you will be treated like human being.

Staff were uninformed and badly-trained and after two hours of trying finally confirmed they are unable to offer passbooks on kids accounts despite the fact that their website clearly states they can, and their call centre rep also confirmed this when I called in before visiting the branch to be sure they could accommodate this request. Kids were disappointed and I was quite annoyed with the way they wasted our time. Useless manager made no effort to make up for our inconvenience. Save yourself the aggravation and take your banking elsewhere!

The adviser opening my VISA infinite momentum credit card confirmed that first year annual fee for this type of card is waived; and then later on introduced me the ultimate package with which all associated credit card fees are waived. I decided not to go with that package for now. Later I realized that I was charged for the annual fee for the credit card I opened, came back to ask and the advisor was trying so hard to demonstrate that I’m wrong, that the fee is only waived if I open the ultimate chequing account package while I remember exactly that I was only asking about the credit card fee in the first place and he confirmed about it before even introduced the other package. He gave incorrect information and didn’t admit it but heatedly argued that I’m wrong, even saying that If you want I can cancel the card right away. How ridiculous Even the supervisor was not sure if the card fee is waived. I showed her the ad on their website saying that the fee is waived, then after looking up for a while, she said that it’s waived and that I will be refunded but when I asked her to confirm because I dont want to come back again and then she was not sure again… She told she she will have a closer look and follow up with me but I never heard from her If they were wrong and admitted it I would let it go and willing to pay the fee but apparently they dont value their customers.

The momentum saving I hold for one year till mature, they made every excuse try to deny the bonus rate regardless this bonus rate eligibility was confirmed with branch customer service couple of time when the deposit was made and after the deposit was made. I totally lost the trust to this branch, it is just unbelievable.

The small business advisor was able to provide the best solution for my organization. She also listened to my needs and helped me provide solutions to several of my clients.
