For great service with people who know what thery're talking about go to the autoplan brokerage located in Lansdowne Mall

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have no words on how to describe the service I got from ironwood insurance. I would like to say that VIVEK went so much out of his way to make sure that I save a lot of money on my car insurance.He called ICBC for me, even when I was not there ,to talk to my adjuster and get me all the help needed. He is well aware of what he is working as and gets you the best insurance possible for your car, or anything else as well.
I am so happy that he saved me so much on my car insurance. He knows about how to deal fairly with ICBC and the customers. I am now positively saying that for all of my car or home insurance needs, I will always go back to Vivek and the team at ironwood insurance.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I've been dealing with Ironwood Insurance ever since I got my first car, and five/six years later, I am still dealing with them.
Never had any problems with them blaming me for anything, if anything its simply ICBC taking forever, which I don't blame them for. Government run yet we are still paying the 2nd highest rate across Canada...
I don't plan on going anywhere else, and I'm getting a new car, which of course means I will be going to them to help get everything setup.
Friendly service, helpful, and extremely convenient hours.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This office was a treat,and renewing insurance is not a fun task. The staff were so friendly and very quick. We were in and out in about five minutes. Thete was lots of free parking as well. Next time we insure we'll come back to this fine establishment.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I've used this place for years, as they are open early and late - and they are actually there when their hours say they will be, unlike some other places. The staff are friendly, helpful, and know ICBC well. I've never had to wait more than a couple minutes for service, and they send me a reminder when my insurance is going to expire soon.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I love this agency. The staff are knowledgeable, courteous and honest. They always look for ways to save money for customers within the rules. I have been using this agency for ICBC insurance needs since the last 2 years and my views about them gets renewed everytime I visit them!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolutely terrible service. Staff are rude and incompetent and go out of their way to treat you poorly. They can't follow instructions, won't listen to their customers/clients, and are incapable of doing the bare minimum required for their job. The are insistent on placing the blame on anyone but themselves and refuse to admit when they are responsible for an error. I encourage everyone to explore other options before even considering Ironwood Insurance. If you like being mistreated and talked down to, this is the place for you.

AVOID!!
Customer service made my trailer registration and insurance so difficult
Also made me wait almost an hour for nothing.
Two customers around me left very frustrated because the waiting and pour friendy service :(
