β β β β β I simply love this neighborhood insurance company. It recently had undergone some changes in the presentation of the office, with plexi glass fitted. It sure is fitting as a safe environment, with this covid epidemic still hovering around us.
It is my utmost pleasure in dealing with Central Agencies on Blundell Road In Richmond in the Garden City Mall. In all my years of associating with them, I am delighted with the always-pleasurable outstanding quality of seamless immaculate service from Cindy Lee to my family and I. From face-to-face encounters of her helping me/us with my/our insurance needs to my presently preferred choice of telephone online renewals for my family and I, she even personally hands me/us our ICBC decals and paperwork by the door as we stand outside to receive, per our choices.
I highly recommend Cindy Lee to all as she is personable, accurate and precise for the best perfect job done for her client. Her presentations anticipate my help needed even before being asked for it and far exceed my expectations.
Cindy Lee is an all-rounder. She speaks and writes English, Cantonese & Mandarin and is capable of helping many, especially in our Richmond community with some folks who may have language barriers. Of course, she has many years of experience that allow her to be extremely patient. She is a good listener to your needs, queries, etc, etc.
Not to be forgotten , Cindy is available on Saturday & Sunday (every weekend) to help if you are a normal monday-to-friday person. She only takes thursdays & fridays off.
Enjoy your future insurance sessions with Cindy Lee. You will be pleased with yourself ultimately with your choice of asking for her to help you with your needs.

I remember Cindy being the first person to help me a few years ago and since then she hasnβt changed her great service. I really appreciate her friendliness and ease in explaining terms and conditions to me.
We are ok with the earlier hours because the service is totally worth it.
