โ โ โ โ โ I have had a PO Box at this location for 3 years, and it is great value for the money. They sign and take care of my packages while I am at work. This location is a safe and reliable establishment and they take care of all my online ordering. I was even able to ship large items like a car radiator. just make sure the import duties are handled and everything comes to one address.

Sorry i didn't say i went yesterday please dont assume i went yesterday . The day I went shows on Google 6.30pm I went there to pick up my delivery around 5.56pm he is just about to leave and i ask him if i could pick up my delivery quickly .He said he need to go .However Its shows on Google and the doorplate 6.30.The next day i went there he not friendly to me at all ๏ผ I am not sure why you cue me โIdont respect them.โ

โ โ โ โ โ Absolutely horrible customer service. Almost impossible to contact a human being through this company and once I finally did get another person to talk to they were rude and gave me a lot of attitude over a simple question. This was a terrible experience.

โ โ โ โ โ Terrible customer service. Refused to take a prepaid package for drop off. Doesnโt offer a solution and just tells you no in a condescending tone and walks away.
Edit response to the ownerโs reply: the older gentleman rudely said no to my face while simultaneously waving me out the door is not what Iโd call customer service. I also mentioned in the review that they didnโt give any suggestions on what do to. Do i check back in a week? Is there a number I can call? NOTHING.

โ โ โ โ โ Terrible customer service. I have pre-paid return label, the owner asked me to pack properly in order to ship. And I told them that do you have a suitable box ? He said that no, and it is your problem not mine . Finally , I have to go to No.2 & Bundlell Rd one , and everything runs smoothly with same condition of packaging. I donโt know who is problem
