One of the staff members was visibly chewing or eating something while making our order.
When the other lady was finishing up my sandwich, she took my payment (cash) then went back to making my friends sub without washing her hands.
There was a London drugs staff member sitting in the back of the kitchen area for some reason?
After we sat down to eat, a lady in a security guard uniform showed up, walked into the kitchen area and started using her phone while talking to the staff.
She then started to help take payment and help with food prep, without washing her hands a single time.
The lack of food safety is appalling, I highly suggest not coming to this location.
