B	Ben Klein on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is a good Browns. They have a smaller lounge than the downtown one but the overall design is similar and comfortable. They serve a variety of americana/canadiana menu items. Burgers, Pasta, Steak, Taco's, Rice Bowls etc. Usually well made. The veggie burger, fish tacos and dry ribs are all really good. Service is friendly and quick. The interior is all dark colors. They have a bar for solo eating or just drinking. Bathrooms were clean. Parking is available from the mini mall. There is transit from two bus routes but no Canada Line/Sky train.

We were there at 4:30 on a Sat. and there was only 6 customers in the restaurant, yet we waited 3-4 min at the door before anyone notice we were there. Once seated, the waiter came by right away and took our drink order, but it took almost 10 min for our drinks to arrive. The food took about 1/2 hour to arrive, and that was the last we saw of our waiter, literally. Either he was on a break, or his shift was over. We had to flagged down one of the girls to ask for our bill. My Italian Job pizza tasted ok, at par with most other chained restaurants. The Ahi Tuna Poke Bowl, though the ingredients were fresh, was really tasteless. There was almost no sauce or dressing on it. Maybe it just this location as other Browns Socialhouse that Iv'e been to were pretty good.

The service was good too! (I assume the not so pleasant looking rag resting on the kitchen counter was used to wipe down the counter only)

The Brown's team were attentive and friendly. What stood out, is how they frequently checked on our table to ensure we had everything we needed. Our drinks never hit empty and we were able to focus on sitting back and enjoying our conversation. 5 stars for service!!

Service was a bit slow, again, there weren’t a lot of tables around so I was a bit shocked I had to wave another server down to get our bill.

We ate there several times and by happy accident, we got the same server everytime. She has such a positive demeanor and was very pleasant to be served by. Thanks again Jen.
